Terms of Service

Article 1 (Service Provision)

88MON (hereinafter, 'the Service') provides a proxy service to optimize your internet connection. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee any specific connection speed, uptime, or connectivity to any particular website. We will make our best effort to provide a stable service, but the service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen failures.

Article 2 (Prohibited Activities)

In using the Service, you must not engage in the following activities:

Acts that violate the laws of Japan or your local region, or acts that encourage such violations.
Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks (including illegal file downloading/uploading).
Sending spam emails, DDoS attacks, or other acts of nuisance to third parties.
Continuously occupying excessive bandwidth to the extent that it interferes with the use of other customers.
Sharing an account with a third party or using it simultaneously by multiple users. We monitor for account sharing and may restrict connections or suspend accounts if sharing is suspected.
Any other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 3 (Account Suspension/Termination)

If we determine that you have violated these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any fees already paid.

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

For new subscribers only, if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the subscription start date, we will issue a full refund of the fee paid. After 8 days from the subscription start date, or for any renewed subscription fees, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you or any third party as a result of using the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

In providing the service, we may collect the following information:

Account Information: The email address you provide upon registration.
Payment Information: As payments are processed by PayPal, we do not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account information. We do store information necessary to manage payments, such as your PayPal subscription ID.
Connection Logs: For the purposes of maintaining service quality, troubleshooting, and preventing fraudulent use, we may temporarily record logs such as source IP address, connection time, and data transfer volume. These logs will not be used to monitor the content of your communications.

Article 2 (Use of Information)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To provide customer support.
For billing and payment processing.
To respond to violations of the terms of service.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

We will not disclose or provide your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
