Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What are the requirements to use the service?
Speed Boost Proxy: If you use the HTTPS or VMESS proxy connection methods, we support both IPv6 and IPv4 connections. You can use it on any device that supports proxy settings, such as PC, Mac, and smartphones. For details, please see the Setup Guide.
Port Forwarding: No special settings are required on your end. However, you must allow traffic on the relevant port on your own IPv6 device (e.g., firewall settings).
Q: How much faster will my connection be?
The speed improvement depends on various factors. Our service is effective on many types of connections, including high-speed fiber (like Flet's Hikari), mobile data, and even public Wi-Fi. While some servers may not see a significant speed boost, others, especially overseas servers or those heavily affected by packet loss, can experience improvements of over 10x. We make every technical effort to maximize your line's performance. You can see specific comparisons on our speed comparison page, but we encourage you to try it and experience the improvement in your own environment.
Q: How do I connect and use it?
To provide flexibility, we offer multiple connection methods. The HTTPS proxy can be easily configured in your OS or browser. For more advanced use, we also provide a VMESS (Xray) proxy, which can be used on smartphones and other devices.
Q: How does port forwarding work?
From your user control panel, you simply enter the port number and protocol (TCP/UDP) you want to forward, along with your device's destination IPv6 address. An external IPv4 address and port number will be issued immediately, and traffic will be automatically forwarded.
Q: Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a free test proxy so you can check if the service improves speeds in your environment before purchasing. This proxy can only connect to specific speed test sites, but it will help you determine if our service is effective for you. Additionally, after subscribing, if you are not satisfied, you can use our full money-back guarantee within the first week.
Q: Are video streaming sites supported?
Some video streaming sites like Netflix may block access from data center IP addresses. We employ various workarounds to ensure you can access these sites. In fact, we also have special measures to enable viewing of overseas video sites that are normally inaccessible from Japan. However, since we need to implement workarounds for each site, some video services may not work. If you find a service that doesn't work, please let us know, and we will try to support it.
Q: What payment methods are available?
We support PayPal. You can pay securely with major credit cards or your bank account through your PayPal account. If you wish to use other payment methods such as PayPay, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency, please contact us individually at [email protected].
Q: How do I cancel the service?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'Automatic Payments' or 'Subscriptions' management page. Find the recurring payment to 88MON and cancel it. You can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
Q: How can I contact support?
For technical issues, payment questions, or any other inquiries about the service, please email us at [email protected].
Q: Are there any prohibited activities on the service?
Yes. Use for illegal content is strictly prohibited. Sharing your account with third parties is also not permitted. If we confirm any violation of the terms of service, we may suspend your account. While you are free to use the service for normal daily activities, if we identify usage that negatively affects other customers, we may take similar measures.
Q: Where is the server infrastructure located?
Our server infrastructure is based in Tokyo. Therefore, users closer to Tokyo are more likely to experience ideal performance and latency. If the service in Tokyo is successful, we will consider expanding our server infrastructure to other regions in the country, but for now, it is only in Tokyo.
Q: What is the Static IP service?
The Static IP service is a separate, premium offering for power users and businesses who need their own dedicated, public IPv4 address. It provides full port access and is ideal for hosting servers. This service is not included in the standard subscription. You can learn more on our Static IP page.
